General Rules, Liability, Advertising Release

As an owner and/or exhibitor, I assume all liability for loss, theft, and damage that may occur to myself or my personal property during this show and/or in transport, both to and from the show.  This show is being produced, promoted, and run by Porker's USA.  I agree to hold them harmless as well as any other adverting sponsor, staff, building owner, or employee of the building owner.  I also agree to allow Porker's USA use of photos of myself or my exhibit for further advertising or press releases.  Decisions of judges are final.

I also agree that Porker's USA has the right to refuse any entry for any reason.  I agree to abide by any rules set forth by them, and agree to present myself with an attitude of good sportsmanship.  I also agree to keep my display and bike in good appearance during the show, but in doing so do understand that standing with my display may distract from the enjoyment of spectators, so I will not be there constantly.  Nor will I try to convince the public to vote for my bike or exhibit. (people's choice) I agree that either myself or my exhibit may be asked to leave early if these rules are not abided by.  I also agree that in such instance that I would no longer be eligible for any prizes and will waive my entry fee.
